All of the training we deliver is tailored to the individual needs of our clients. In practice, the final cost will depend on the work involved in matching the training course to your specific needs, your location and also the number of participants involved. The following illustration will provide you with an appreciation of the costs involved in developing a tailored 1 day Effective Writing Skills course and delivering in-house to 10 participants in Bristol.

Notes
- VAT will be charged at the standard rate.
- Travel costs will be charged at 40p per mile or the equivalent of a 2nd class rail fare
- Discounts are available for bulk bookings (i.e. a single booking for 6 or more courses)

In order to help us to continue providing this important benefit, please read the following as bookings placed for any of our in-house or open training courses implies an acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
1. In-House Courses - Payment, Postponement & Cancellation

Total Learning Solutions Limited must receive payment in full within 30 days of the invoice date. |

Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer (please refer to points 3.1 and 3.2 below for details). |

Where an in-house course is postponed or cancelled by you, you agree to pay Total Learning Solutions Limited the fees defined in the table below |

2. Open Courses - Payment, Postponement & Cancellation

Total Learning Solutions Limited must receive payment in full at least 14 days before the course start date in order to reserve places. If the booking is made within 14 days of the course start date, payment must be received within 3 working days of the booking date. |

An invoice will be issued for all business bookings. |
