The following table identifies the costs involved in delivering our ½, 1 and 2-day courses to a range of group sizes on the client’s premises:

Notes
- If you require the course to be developed beyond ‘basic tailoring’, a charge of £50 for each hour spent developing the course to meet with your required specification will be added to the final invoice.
- VAT will be applied to the final invoice at the standard rate.
- Travel costs will be charged at 40p per mile if travelling by car or the equivalent of a 2nd class rail fare if travelling by train. Additional costs such as taxi fares to and from the training venue, bridge tolls and hotel accommodation (agreed in advance) will be added to the final invoice.
- Significant discounts are available for making a single booking of 6 or more courses.

In order to help us to continue providing this important benefit, please read the following as bookings placed for any of our in-house or open training courses implies an acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
1. In-House Courses - Payment, Postponement & Cancellation

Total Learning Solutions Limited must receive payment in full within 30 days of the invoice date. |

Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer (please refer to points 3.1 and 3.2 below for details). |

Where an in-house course is postponed or cancelled by you, you agree to pay Total Learning Solutions Limited the fees defined in the table below |

2. Open Courses - Payment, Postponement & Cancellation

Total Learning Solutions Limited must receive payment in full at least 14 days before the course start date in order to reserve places. If the booking is made within 14 days of the course start date, payment must be received within 3 working days of the booking date. |

An invoice will be issued for all business bookings. |
