Facilitator Profile - David Morgan

David, one of the founding members of Total Learning Solutions, is an experienced training and development professional who is passionate about the delivery of business excellence through the development of people.

He has fourteen years experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of bespoke Management Development and Interpersonal Skills training courses; five years with Rolls-Royce plc and eight years with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Prior to making his move into training, David spent nine years with Rolls-Royce plc as a mechanical engineer specialising as a design draughtsman.

In September 2002 David decided to leave Financial Services Sector and set up Total Learning Solutions Ltd.
