Profile - David Morgan

David is an experienced training and development professional who is passionate about the delivery of business excellence through the development of people.

He has approaching 20 years experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of bespoke Management and Personal Development Skills training courses, including five years with Rolls-Royce plc and eight years with the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Before making his move into training, David spent nine years with Rolls-Royce plc as a mechanical engineer specialising as a design draughtsman.

In September 2002 David took the bold move to part company with the Royal Bank of Scotland to set up Total Learning Solutions Ltd.
